British Wheel of Yoga Diploma Qualified 

Easy Hatha Yoga 

Suitable for all levels of experience.

This type of Yoga integrates steady mindful postures with emphasis on the breath leaving you stronger, balanced and more at ease with the world.


Vinyasa Yoga Flow 

Vinyasa flow is fluid sequence of postures generating heat in the body, building strength, endurance, flexibility and a strong focus.

These classes require reasonable fitness levels; leaving you energised yet tension free.

Mindful Meditation & Yin

MIndfulness is the awareness that arises from paying attention, on purpose, in the present moment, nonjudgementally”. Find space within the mind and body with these through yielding practices.
